Silicone oil

Silicone oil (often in the form of a spray) is a liquid made from silicones. It may be used to shine latex clothing (see Latex polish) and as a dressing aid.
It is risky to use something on latex clothing just because it contains silicone. It may contain other ingredients that are damaging. Only use dressing aids and polishes designed and recommended for use with rubber.
