From 2006-2008 they published six issues in the German language; there was one issue in English in 2007. The last issue to date (#6) was published in November 2008. In 2008 the magazine held their own fetish weekend "Fet-X Revolution" in Dortmund, Germany with two parties and a two-day fetish expo. However, it had few visitors.
German fetish photographer Alexander Horn worked as Art Director for Fet-X for issues 3-6 and English issue 1.
