A latex sleep sack that covers the body up to the neck. Sleep sack by Kink Engineering.

Latex sleep sacks are a bondage device that encases the entire body, from neck to toe. They are made to fit snugly around the contour of the body (similar to a sleeping bag). A vacuum may be attached to the sleep sack to create a more intense bondage, or a double-walled sleep sack may be inflated.
