Alan Pelling

Alan Pelling is a party promoter; he was one of the founders of Torture Garden in October 1990 together with his then flatmate David Wood. Alan's background was as an alternative club promoter and DJ, and when he founded Torture Garden he was new to London and to the fetish scene.
