Paul Barrett-Brown

Paul Barrett-Brown is an English fetish clothing specialist and costume designer. He created the capes for the Batman (1989) films. He also worked on Batman Returns and assisted with all three principal character costumes, especially Catwoman's latex catsuit in the movie "Batman Returns". (It was made by Syren founder Andy Wilkes.)
