MarcusT
About
MarcusT is a British photographer known for his vibrant images of alternative fashion and fetish scene events including Torture Garden, Club AntiChrist, Club RUB, Club Subversion, Wasteland, London Fetish Weekend, German Fetish Ball, etc.
Though he had first encountered fetish imagery in Bizarre Magazine many years before, it wasn't until June 2005 that he went to his first Torture Garden and was immediately hooked - by the fabulous outfits, the wonderful people, the music, and the sexually liberated party atmosphere. He couldn't wait to capture TG on camera and in September of the same year he photographed it for the first time, which led to him attending and photographing almost every TG since, as well as many other fetish scene events in London and abroad.
Initially his images were published at LondonFetishScene, DontStayIn.com (a British website for clubbing photos) and the websites of the events themselves, then in 2008 he set up MarcusT.com which is his official site, followed by MarcusT his Facebook page in 2009 (where his most recent photos always appear first) and Tumblr in 2012.
In addition to party photography he also shoots in more controlled environments (though he prefers location shoots in interesting places to studio work) and is always open to creative collaborations with models and designers - his 2011 shoot with Emily Marilyn around Central London being one of his most popular collaborations so far.
He particularly likes latex outfits which draw upon gothic, metal, cyber and BDSM influences and he wears latex garments custom made for him by UK designers Lacing Lilith and Eraser.
